When you receive a Guaranteed item from OC Depot it should perform as described. In the rare situation that this is not the case, we will send a replacement upon safe return of the original item within 28 days of the auction end. If a replacement is not available we will honor the terms of our Money-Back Guarantee. We do not refund the shipping charges because we can not recoup these costs.

This item performs all the essential functions it is
designed for, but may be starting to show minimal decline in
effectiveness or an accessory function might not work.
GOOD
This item performs most or all of
the essential functions, but shows it is declining in effectiveness
and accessory functions are less dependable.
ACCEPTABLE
This item performs some or
most essential functions and is a good value, but there are clearly
problems with some functions and accessories.
MARGINAL
This item still performs some essential functions
but even those are declining in effectiveness. Accessory functions are
mostly ineffective. If you have a specific purpose for

condition, these have clearly been used but are in fantastic shape.
